Solutios Return and Refund Policy is dictated by the merchant (franchise dealers) who are utilizing our eCommerce tools and solutions. Customers who access a remote payment link or a webpage with secure embedded fields requesting credit card or echeck information, must look to the dealer who supplied the services, parts or new/used vehicle for terms associated with returns or refunds. Solutios does not accept responsibility for any failed service, or substandard work on the part of the franchise dealer. In addition, Solutios offers no warranty or compliance other than those expressly stated and represented by the dealer, a copy of which will be found on their web page, invoice, request for payment or parts quote. For further options regarding your rights as a consumer, please refer to the stipulations and terms of service published by the card brands and the issuing bank for your credit card often found on the reverse side of your credit card or on your monthly statement.

Any attempt to request an RMA or to ship product to our place of business will be rejected and the carrier will be required to return said merchandise to you at your expense. We accept no liability for any goods or service paid through our payment portal. All merchants (dealers) utilizing our payment services are required to affix the following logo on the lower righthand corner of the page.
